The challenge

A community pharmacy stuck on rented technology.

Pharm-Aid is a family-run pharmacy serving the Latin community from three locations — Pembroke Pines, Doral, and Orlando. Their old website lived on a legacy pharmacy platform they didn't own or control: generic pages, no Spanish content despite a largely Spanish-speaking customer base, and nothing built to compete in local search against chain pharmacies.

They needed a site that reflected who they actually are — bilingual, personal, community-first — and that could win searches like "farmacia latina" and "international prescriptions" in their own neighborhoods.

What we built

Every page, both languages, built to rank.

A fully bilingual site — not a translated afterthought

Every page exists in English and Spanish as a true pair: matched slugs, hreflang alternates on every URL, and copy written for the community — not machine-translated. The language switcher is one tap away on every page.

Location pages built for local search

Each of the three locations got a dedicated, in-depth page — directions, parking, transit, nearby landmarks, hours, and FAQ structured data — paired with claimed and verified Google Business Profiles for all three stores.

A prescription-transfer tool with zero patient data

Transferring a prescription used to mean a phone call. We built a form that compiles the request into a WhatsApp message to the customer's chosen store — no backend, no database, no patient health information ever stored.

Content that builds trust

A bilingual blog with real authorship — posts signed by the pharmacy's own team, with article structured data and a medical disclaimer on every post. Plus a reviews page featuring real Google reviews from real customers.

Under the hood

Engineering that stays out of the way.

The site is statically generated with Eleventy and served from Amazon S3 through CloudFront — no plugins to patch, no database to hack, and nothing between the visitor and the page. Redirects run at the CDN edge, so every URL from the old platform still lands on the right page and years of accumulated links keep working.

Analytics and Search Console were wired in from day one, so every content decision since launch — which pages to expand, which searches to target — has been driven by real query data, not guesswork. And Pharm-Aid owns all of it: the code, the content, the data.
