The Merino Group
Her brand. Our engine. We took Leslie Merino's website over page for page from a rented platform — then put a live MLS home search, IDX property pages, and a tracked lead pipeline underneath it, without her clients noticing a thing.
A great brand, renting its own home.
Leslie Merino is a top Pembroke Pines agent with a polished brand her clients know — but her website lived on a rented industry platform. The address said themerinogroup.com; the house belonged to someone else. Platform fees every month, a generic home search, forms whose leads she couldn't trace, and no way to change anything without going through the vendor.
The usual agency answer is "let us redesign it" — months of work, a new look her clients don't recognize, and all her content re-written. We took the opposite bet: keep everything her clients see, and replace everything they don't.

A page-for-page takeover — not a redesign
We rebuilt her site exactly as it was — all 76 pages, every photo, testimonial, and neighborhood guide — with an automated capture-and-mirror pipeline we engineered for the job. Then we cut the domain over to our hosting. Her clients never saw a difference; her vendor bill did.
A live MLS home search, right in her hero
We built the search ourselves on a licensed MLS data feed: 49,000+ active South Florida listings in a split list-and-map view, with filters, sorting, and a dedicated IDX property page for every listing — active listings only, fully within MLS display rules.
Every form wired to a real lead pipeline
Contact, home valuation, property inquiries — every form on the site now lands in one tracked pipeline with instant notifications, and a dedicated analytics property measures the events that matter: leads and searches, not just pageviews.
Ownership, cleaned up
We stripped the old platform's leftover scripts and sign-in prompts, pointed every legacy search link at the new engine, and put her name on the deed: Leslie owns the site, the content, the data, and every lead it generates. No platform contract required to keep any of it.
The hard part was making it look like nothing changed.
The takeover ran on a reproducible mirror pipeline: a full-site capture, an automated audit comparing every page against the original, and a cutover that kept her brand pixel-faithful while swapping the foundations. The MLS search is our own engine on an approved data feed — the same one that powers our real-estate automation platform — serving listings with the compliance guards the MLS requires.
This is the model we bring to agents everywhere: you don't have to abandon the brand you've built to stop renting it. Keep what your clients recognize — own what's underneath.
